These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, consulting services, and the Plutozab Hub platform (together, the "Services") provided by Plutozab ("Plutozab," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By accessing our website, signing an engagement letter, or creating a Plutozab Hub account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Our Services
Plutozab provides:
- Consulting Services — AI, ML, and data engineering consulting, analytics and process automation, and strategic advisory and training, typically delivered under a separate statement of work or engagement letter that supplements these Terms.
- Plutozab Hub — a subscription-based SaaS platform that connects to your store, accounting, or spreadsheet systems (such as Zoho Books, WooCommerce, Tally, and Google Sheets) to provide an AI chatbot, dashboards, reports, and business insights accessible via a web dashboard, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
Where a signed statement of work, order form, or engagement letter conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls for that engagement.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
- Notify us immediately at hello@plutozab.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Plutozab Hub is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Pricing and plan details are confirmed at signup or in your order form.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise, and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
- We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice by email; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
- Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to Plutozab Hub.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Plutozab Hub connects with third-party platforms, including Zoho Books, WooCommerce, Tally, Google Sheets (via Google APIs), WhatsApp (via the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform), and Telegram, to deliver its features. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies — including WhatsApp's Business Terms and Meta's Privacy Policy for WhatsApp-based interactions, and Google's Terms of Service for Google Sheets-based interactions. Our access to and use of information received via Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party platforms, and integrations may be modified or discontinued if the underlying third-party platform changes its APIs or terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected third-party accounts;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as permitted by law;
- Use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited messages, including via the WhatsApp or Telegram integrations;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties without our prior written consent.
7. AI-Generated Content & Third-Party LLM Providers
Plutozab Hub's chatbot, reports, and insights are generated using third-party large language model (LLM) APIs — which may include, but are not limited to, Google (Gemini) and DeepSeek (accessed via OpenRouter) — applied to your connected business data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions and are provided for informational purposes only — they do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it for business decisions.
Third-party AI model data handling. To generate a response, we transmit your query and relevant business-data context to one or more LLM API providers. These providers process that data under their own terms and privacy policies, which govern their data-retention and use practices. At the API level, major providers typically do not use submitted data to train their models by default; however, they may retain request data temporarily for safety or operational purposes. Some providers, including DeepSeek, are based outside India and may store data in jurisdictions — including the People's Republic of China — with different data-protection standards. By using Plutozab Hub, you acknowledge and agree that your query data may be processed by such providers and in such jurisdictions. 8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and the Plutozab name and logo, are owned by Plutozab or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You retain all rights to the business data you connect to Plutozab Hub ("Customer Data").
9. Confidentiality & Data
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secure and to use it only as necessary to perform its obligations under these Terms. Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plutozab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Plutozab harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India, or, where the parties agree, resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Pune, India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
